Being sat next to her at work, I get to hear all of her conversations, just 5 minutes ago, I had to bite my lip at her interpretation of the Phonetic alphabet:

Ermintrude: "Ello, can I help you?"
Contact: "waffles on in 'teacher from snoopy' voice"
Ermintrude: "Ah yes, that's H for 'Arry, C for Cat and R for Rug"

Maybe you should print out the phonetic alphbet and staple it to her forehead!
