Well, it's good news! Because it means they wrote you a letter saying, "Hey, we know you exist, and we're totally gonna get right on deciding stuff, so you can just hang back and chill." Which is a fantastic bit of news, in my opinion.

I hadn't realized until you said this, but my name and ID number were, in fact, written by hand. It actually is really nice knowing that this wasn't just one big, automated process and that, at some point, someone was actively acknowledging me on the other end of it.

It's a *lot* of waiting. I'm sure you'll at least get an interview. If you have any questions, you know where I am.

Haha, yeah, I've noticed the waiting part. My dad asks me every few days what "the next step in this process" will be. I finally told him that I'll just tell him when I hear something new.

What about that time you slitted open that hooker? You seemed pretty excited then.

Also, Mazel Tov! I'm sure you'll be accepted and having tea with Tojo and Gojira in no time.

Stuart, I'm appalled. A hooker is a bit more than just an envelope. It's got boobs, too.

Tea, eh? Jorri gudu!
