ok, the first day of Toy Fair was Sunday.  Had a great time.  Lots to see.  Not as many freebies as last year, though Tammy (who went with me) got more than I did.  Apparently being an attractive woman gets you free stuff.  Who knew?  lol.  Anyway, no "standout toys" this year.  Nothing I saw really screamed "OMG INNOVATION!!!".  Cool stuff still ( Read more... )

Well, I have been sculpting up a storm recently.  I am hoping to have some semblance of a portfolio together in time for Toy Fair, which starts on Sunday.  Last year, without a portfolio, I hooked up with one freelance gig, so I am hopeful that a portfolio might bring more work.  Even if it doesn't, I am feeling real good about my creativity flow ( Read more... )
