Man, a language class sure takes up a lot of time! I meet for over 2 hours, 4 days a week. And then after class, I'm still studying. Had a long heart to heart talk with my advisor yesterday about my progress in the program. Lots of tears (on my part), and he was totally supportive and non-blaming, while helping me put together concrete next steps to help me get the hell out of the program. He's so cool like that. Up until only some moments ago, I thought that I lived in a time bubble that was much faster than the rest of the world. But now that I think about it, I believe it should be the other way around.
