Strike up a conversation with her. See if she may have the wrong number. I have only given your number out to a few people and said I was Cliff, but I am sure this can't be one of them, well unless it was that one girl I met in that place.... Just kidding.

First off, don't ever answer any call that doesn't display a number on the Caller ID. That's what answering machines are for. If she leaves any messages, you save them for evidence.

If her number is showing up as "blocked" rather than as "unknown" you can borrow one of our whizbang Caller ID units for a while--it can be set up to tell callers with blocked numbers that you don't answer that kind of call and hang up on them after one ring.

I'm sure the phone company offers a similar service, where the caller has to identify him/herself before being allowed through to your phone, but for that you gotta pay. Maybe Shap can get you a special rate.

It's my cell number she's got. It just shows up as 'private number'. My home phone, I've had the service for a while that blocks those with caller ID block, mainly because of this stupid fax machine that kept calling at all hours.
