so i'm up to 240 on the mass cycle, i've put about 40 lbs on my bench press. i'm ridiculously much stronger now, i'm gonna do it for about two more weeks, then slim down while keeping the same amount of muscle mass so i'll weight about 210, but look enourmous. i've put on a lot of muscle, but a lot of fat has come with it, my belly is big again. i lost about 20 lbs on the abs diet. i'm around 215 right now. i've just started the mass cycle ( www.mass-cycle.com ) its a set of supplements, creatine, nitrious oxide/testoserone booster, and a pill that helps with protein synthesis. i'm also eating close to 5,000 calories a day and lifting every other day, really heavy weight, 4 sets of 8 reps ( Read more... )

so my lower back hurts. really bad. its been a dull pain for about a week so i took it easy, today at the gym i did squats with the usual weight and now it hurts, really bad. i'm gonna take it easy for another week and if it still hurts i'll go to the doctor. this really pisses me off.

yesterday i was making a smoothie and i poured the milk in, but the thing wasnt in there tight enough and the milk leaked out all over the counter, so i was all mad and cleaning it up and picked up the blender because it was still leaking out of it and accidently pushed the button and it cut my finger. it wasnt too bad, but it looks horrible. maybe ( Read more... )

whats up jerks? i'm in pigeon forge in a hotel parking lot stealing wireless internet! hahaha, oh boy. we just rode go carts, and are gonna go shopping for a few hours, then go BUNGEE JUMPING, then eat lunch, then go to gatlinburg and take some old timey photos, then ride the ski lift, get some fudge and taffy, then probably eat at hard rock cafe.
