We had a real live earthquake at my parents' house last night!!! They're saying a magnitude of 3.4. It felt like really strong thunder or an explosion or something-- it only lasted for a few seconds, no damage or anything. Apparently there have been quite a few earthquakes in the area in the last 15 years, and that in Lancaster earthquakes are felt ( Read more... ) -

OMG I am a bicyclist. Well, I own a bicycle anyway, and I've gone on one ride :D I am soooo sore right now though. The whole fronts of my thighs are sore, and I can also feel it on the side above my knee, which I'm sure you'll all be glad to know is the vastus lateralis:

Happy 4th!
Wow, I can't believe it's the 4th of July again already. It feels like time is flying. Jake observed that yesterday didn't really feel like the 4th of July and I agree-- probably because it was 70 and cloudy all day. Much like last year, I just sat around and enjoyed the day off.
