Dietrich did manage to kill Ikki; or at least, Ikki remembers it well enough for Zexion to count it as 'real'. That's when he started considering heart-shattering torture a valid option until Ikki stopped him

For Ine it's... not that much different from the situation at home, really. Even when Kiric was still here... Trophaeum Tower wasn't. And it's not until they all gather at that place that things will actually ever really be settled. Until then, even in close quarters, it's still a holding pattern.

It is kind of nice that none of them have tried to maim the others yet.

I actually keep toying with Zexion in a variation of the old apprentice gear. Because it's comfy and familiar and practical, really. Zexion himself isn't much of a military uniform type; he always has been and always will be a scholar first, no matter how adept he is at tactics

Not much has changed on the relationship front. Mukuro is still one of the best opponents Zexion's had here, and in his way, he appreciates that deeply. He is somewhat concerned about how Crome's departure will affect him, but there's not much to do but wait and see, for that.

He wouldn't really think in terms of thanking Mukuro for dealing with Dietrich, but he will do what he can to take care of your tools until you come back for them.

Zexion's move this round had been to allow Ikki the opportunity to attack Mukuro directly -- a move that would have almost surely resulted in Ikki being injured to some degree, but also would ave served both to give Ikki something solid to accomplish after so many failures with Dietrich, and would have at least temporarily alleviated some of Mukuro's boredom. Ikki is never boring when he's passionate and trying something that's doomed to fail.

Zexion's thoughts on Ken? RELATIONSHIP, OR HIS THOUGHTS, IF ANY, ON THE WHOLE "PROPERTY OF MUKURO-SAN" THING cause i always like hearing people's thoughts on that

Zexion is actually quite comfortable with Ken and Chikusa's relationship with Mukuro -- he's seen their childhood through Mukuro's memories, and their devotion to him is something that he recognizes from his other self's life. Sometimes, someone really just is your everything. And the world can crumble in the wake of that person's shadow without there being any problem at all. It's... familiar

I'm mostly around daytime EST; work has me opening the store at 6AM more often than not, so I tend to crash early. It's almost always before midnight, meaning I'm asleep before most posts even go up.
