I really like perfume samples, especially since I just discovered that they smell better when rubbed directly onto your skin, rather than just sniffing the card. So what is new besides the fact that I've been buying too many clothes? Dave and I picked up my Christmas present from my parents, which is my mom's dusty old armoire. Okay, the sale going on at Modcloth today is CRAZY. About half of the prohibitively expensive things I had bookmarked in my wishlist are on sale, and, suddenly, affordable. Dave and I are playing a show at Merlin's tonight with our band Quest For Friends; I'm so excited! Especially since we just recorded our very first EP!!! Dave's got all the mixing and art skillz, so he did most of the work on it. He stayed up into the wee hours of the morning to get it done in time for the show. Awesome job, Dave!
