I really need to slow down. Got an astonishing 2.5 hrs sleep again last night and I'm charged enough to come to work and put in a full day. Heaven forbid that I have to go to a meeting though. Today started out rather well... Surprisingly well for only having 3 hours of sleep again. I got a red bull and felt awesomely productive. But after lunch everything started going downhill and I found my productivity accidentally cross contaminated my samples. I'm not one to bring everyone down though. My day shall improve!!! Kind of sad today. Most of it is due to my body turning against me. For 2 weeks my neck/shoulders have been causing me intense pain.
