"Eldrid Unne" roughly translates to "Fiery Spirit," a direct description of Ash Lad's character. The darker side of a passionate persona is that it can be violent which can manifest in disturbing ways.

Thanks for reading.

Such a textured world - love the element of pollution being so present.

The element of pollution fits the mania of the mindscape that is "Eldrid Unne" thus far. The story is a labor of love. It is my bleeding of poisonous aspects in my life. It is the first universe I've stumbled upon in this competition that I've said "There is more to this story." Just wait, oh patient readers. It will come to some fruition, I hope. I'm trying to be Jack Kerouac meets Bryan Lee O'Malley; James O'Barr meets Kurt Vonnegut. These are very high expectations. I am aiming for the stars and, realistically, won't reach them. But maybe, just maybe, I'll reach the clouds, huh? And they are soft, too.

Thank you for reading. I want to present a very believable mindscape. It might be my mindscape, but if you identify with the pollutive aspect, the more, the better.
