Just major indecisions about the future. Major life questions like "What do I really want to do?" etc. Not quite as clear as I once thought it was.

Buy a foreclosed house. Fix the beast up to above par standards. Sell it. Move to the tropics for a while. Get married. Have a baby. Hell, have 2.
