so, it's only been a few days of me announcing I'm moving on with my life and mostly everyone seems to think its a stupid idea. that i'll be back in 6 months or so. that i'll have a harder time finding a job out there...that all the jobs are here in california. that i wont like the weather(which may be true). that i'll be so home  sick w/ no family

Hahahah, I was gonna leave a comment even before I read the part where you mentioned me. Yeah, I'm a Cali head through and through. The only way I'll ever move out is for another country, or if I'm on assignment, which will only be temporary anyways. At any rate, we all know Liz does what she wants, and for that I'm grateful. You'll always be happier following your own ideas and dreams, fuck what everyone else says. Friends are there to lend their advice, but should support you no matter what the decision. Not all of my hair brained schemes have worked out, but I have no regrets for doing them and living my life my way. I know you will not only be happier, but a better person as a whole if you follow your goals. And if that means getting out of Cali for a bit, then go hit that open road; just waiting to be plucked like a ripe virgin.
