I've been playing with this chapter for almost two weeks now, and while I'm not completely satisfied with it, if I don't post it now, I probably never will. :\ Thank you for all your feedback! Oh, damn. You make me feel unsafe. I rarely have that feeling in fanfiction. I'm scared for Faith. And I'm angry and exasperated at Buffy and Spike. These two crazy kids are walking unsecurities.
With Spike it’s always we.
Yet my heart always melts when I read lines like this.
