"Son of a bitch" just about sums up my thoughts at the end of this chapter. Son of a bitch, Buffy's head thoughts; son of a bitch, cliffhanger. Yeah. I curse when I'm frustrated, and these characters are acting like their stubborn, frustrating selves.

Buffy's head thoughts are so frustrating sometimes (I spend more time venting over these two in this fic than I do writing it. Really). Spike's are nearly as bad. And this is only going to get worse before it gets better. :/ (But it will get better!)
