A lot of white folks in CA that support gay marriage are piling on this survey to blame "the black vote," or blacks in general, for the prop passing. Thank fucking god.

It's about time.

We still have troops in Iraq, despite the media refusal to cover the issue unless there are Americans dying. There was just a million strong non-violent demonstration against the occupation. The media ignored it, of course. This is why people turn to violence, because their voices are ignored when they don't use violence.

Thank god(less) that McCain didn't give a single speech like that in the last four years. He might have had a chance. Obama's speech was worth the wait. I can hardly wait the 2.5 months for his inauguration speech.

I have about a million things going through my head right now. I'm registered green and supported McKinney in the primaries, and am terribly disappointed that Matt Gonzalez is on Nader's ticket. Yeah, there's all this going on and on by the press and the republicans about ACORN and voter fraud, and then there's articles like this, where it is clear that the vast majority of voter fraud is actually done by republicans trying to suppress Democratic turnout.
