I'm crying right now because theres a spider in my room and I don't know where it went. By the time my dad got in here it was like gone. I'm freaking out, I'm paranoid, I keep think it's in my hair or my sweatershirt. I can't sleep and I'm like tearing. My dad does not get that I'm arachnophobic. This is bad. I don't know what to do.
