Last year I made a list of things that I wanted to do....here is the list wtih all of the ones that I did are in bold:
1) Start only eating the foods that I should again (Yeah, so didn't do this one for very long)
2) Take my vitamins
(not even close to doing)
3) Excercise more regularly
(I did, WAY better this year)
4) Sleep naked as much as possible.
