It was slow at first, and subtle. They'd come to me, wearing nice clothing, asking me for things: a few shots here, a few pills there. I smiled and touched their heads, murmuring "mine, you're mine, my lovelies." I had no idea ( Read more... )

This seems like the perfect synthesis between chuck palahniuk and san fransisco. I try to avoid saying things like that, but I feel that given my usual reserve, one comment is acceptable. I like it alot. I would love to see a graphic novel done with thoes words. I think the style used in neil gaimans 'judy and punch' would be perfect, though of course darker.
What I mean is, bravo.

Thanks for the word. I always REALLY appreciate it when someone takes the time to actually give me some kind of feedback than just tell me it's good. Sure, it feels good and strokes the ego to stack up "hey this is good"s or "I really like this / this is beautiful"s but...

...It's just interesting to me to find out what my stuff looks like, tastes like, feels like to others.

Thank you.
