I'm on hour 16.5 of my new fast; feeling pretty good so far. I've been doing some toning exercises for my butt, legs, & abs while watching The Fast And The Furious - drinking lots of water & green tea. Do your friends make you eat/eat a lot themselves when you go out? I find that I get antisocial 'cause I can't stand being around so much food! Some days it takes a lot of effort to smile and say 'no thank you, I'm not hungry' when they are pigging out!
