Soooo... some of these things could just be fuck ups on WB's part, others could be intentional. At the moment we're in a Schroedingers box of it *could* be good writing, or it might not be.
Re: siblings Yeah. True that. Me and my sister (er, and we're half) used to point out to people as kids that we looked nothing alike, and then they'd squint and say they could see it (kinda like the way you believe that a given horoscope is more about you than not). Then we grew up, and people are like - nup. Not at all.
Ok, so that didn't actually prove anything, but my partner's half sister looks more like him than his full brother, and she has no resemblence to any of her other siblings, so that's more relevent for 'dude, dem genetics is just crazy'.
*Sigh* I guess I was just tempted by the idea that someone might actually write around the standard unlikelyness that is sitcom families.
