 My mood has been rising and crashing for months now. I hope I can get used to this. I was so stable before.

I hate to say this, but if I ever get more fish (after the ones I currently have) I'm definitely going for something simple and hardy, like maybe danios. Or a weather loach. Those are adorable. For sure cutting down to one tank, though. I ( Read more... )

 I totally forgot that these little critters existed after I left the Dominican Republic (where I unsuccessfully tried to dig some out of their pit traps).

Anyway, ant lions (or doodlebugs) are like a small insect's cruel and unusual punishment.
