I loved the description of obsession, and how it overcomes shame and propriety and just forces you to do things you wouldn't do otherwise - to the point of being found out.

Especially loved your writing (you non-English native speakers are putting us to shame) in the paragraph where Esca abruptly asks Marcus if he'd like to touch his ears ... Domine? That paragraph in particular is perfectly pitched and perfectly paced to show Marcus. Stripped. Bare.

And I enjoyed the ending, and how it's not all resolved.

I always feel like my English is not quite good enough to convey the emotional nuances and subtleties that I want to convey, but I am really pleased that you liked that particular paragraph as it was the paragraph I struggled the most with (yet it was also the paragraph I pictured most vividly in my mind).

Hahaha. Don't get your hopes up. You will probably have to wait for a very long time.

It's funny 'cause I used to write little stories all the time as a teenager, but I just don't have that drive or that urge to write that most authors seem to have. I'd rather read and leave feedback for other people's stories, and I am perfectly content to just make up stories in my head and never put them down on paper :D

Although earn porn doesn't really do it for me, I still very much enjoyed reading this. I like your writing style, the way you can say so much with short sentences and make the story fluid and sort of poetic.

I really don't know what else to say, except now I want to write a poem even though I haven't written a decent one in ages. :D

Yeah, I've been writing poems since I was like 9 years old. I've just had this major writer's block for what seems like forever and haven't been able to write anything that I like. :/ Thankfully I feel inspired by your fic and have this vague idea brewing somewhere in the back of my mind. We'll just have to see if I can get it on paper at some point.
