1. It's been raining so hard all day today that I can barely see out the window. So obviously I am taking advantage of the fact that I don't have to leave the house and am watching The Adventures of Tintin (the animated series) and planning this summer's trip to California. If anyone has suggestions for hotels in San Francisco and/or Los Angeles,

1. The bf has no hotel recommendations but said "there were a lot of strip clubs!" LOL. Go to Rogue brewery.

2. MOVIES. I can hardly wait for 21 Jump Street this Friday :D :D Are you getting it over there? Have never seen Hallem Foe - will watch it this summer when I'm less busy... and I look forward to seeing The Artist as well!

1. Ahahahaha your bf is very helpful. I'll keep the strip clubs in mind if I run out of other things to do while I'm there lol.

2. I am super excited about 21 Jump Street too but it is not getting released over here on Friday :/ In fact, I haven't been able to find any information about its release date, so I suspect it is one of those movies where they hold off on setting a release date until they know how well it is doing in the US. If they plan on setting it up at all. Ugh I will just have to hope that it will be available online in another month or two.

Hallam Foe is quirky and not to everyone's movie taste I think, but I absolutely adore it and I really hope you'll enjoy it whenever you'll have time to watch it!

2. BAH I hate it when you don't get the movies. Not fair :( I have a feeling it'll do well in the US, so hopefully you'll get it!
