C'est la vie
Right now, I have a very strong desire to be living a life where I'm drenched in sunshine, away from everyone and not required to go to a funeral at the weekend.
The last few weeks have just really taken it out of me. -
Not really a "party" as such
- as Teh Imaginary One is surprisingly shy about being the centre of attention - but we'll be in the Auld Hoose with other people from half nine on Saturday night, if anyone fancies stopping by for a drink. Oh, and feel free to jump in with the Australian slagging, he loves it. Really. ;) -

I awoke this morning from a particularly odd dream; I was in a sitting room of an unidentifiable house with some of my cousins, and I was practising shooting (I can't really remember if I was firing a crossbow or a gun) at a target over the fireplace, as there was a Monster (never properly identified, just Something Bad) on its way, and for some ( Read more... ) -

Happy belated Hallowe'en!
An excellent weekend all 'round; full of fire and drumming and hippies and costumes and all the sort of good things a Hallowe'en festival should be. Got back to Edinburgh at go-back-to-bed-before-work o'clock this morning after a thoroughly enjoyable Gaelcon. As always, I'm not sure how I spent my weekend (oh! apart from playing No Thanks!, which is crack in a cardgame), but the weekend flew between catching up with old friends I just don't see enough of, re-establishing many acquaintanceships ( Read more... ) -

I'm online tonight, checking to see if my plummeting bank balance has hit the hard brick wall at the end of my overdraft, when I notice something funny; a *second* credit card on my account.
