Simona: *nods* Oh, yes.
Me: Is Italian pizza kind of like American pizza?
Simona: No, completely different *waves hand*
Me: How so?
Simona: It's completely different!
Me: ......o_O.....

Lol, well she did just start speaking English last February so she still can't understand perfectly. I can sometimes be a bother though -_- but it's ok.
