So I'm not crazy. Looks like the getting healthier thing is an artifact of a carefully regulated diet. Good news is I have a diagnosis (sort of): hypofunctional galbladder (biliary dyskinesia). Bad news is that's gonna be a surgical intervention. Good news is it's common laproscopic day surgery with a few day recovery time and that complications
