I don't want to jinx it buuuut: I just got a call from the jobcentre and it looks like my new claim for benefits has finally been ok'd and they're going to pay me. And they're working on my backdated claim. I've had no income since July (JULY!) so you can imagine what a shitty existance I've had. And I see you and I are similar. I've been reading and looking up clinical ED stuff online. I love it. I was researching theories on why/how EDs are formed and I fucking enjoyed it so much.

I look forward to seeing the interesting stuff you find =)

It's probably not healthy to be so engrossed in ED literature but I do think it's helping me get a lot of perspective on my own problems. And I actually saw some single figure BMIs. Ironically, it gives me a new respect for the human body and how well it clings to life.

Yeah the human body is fucking STRONG. I have a friend who really looks so tiny and frail but she's put it through so much shit lol and she's still alive and well...

and ED literature I think it's all about how you use it. It may not be perfectly healthy, but I think it is more constructive than like, browsing pro-ana sites? idk i think it helps me be more self aware, which has to be a good thing, right?!
