the death count for the nine countries that were effected by the tsunami has gone up to 23,000. in Sri Lanka alone, the death count is over 12,000. the one hotel that our family friends were at was hit so hard that not one brick is left of the hotel. this is unbelieveable. and they think its only going to get worse.

this whole tsunami thing is crazy. its hit sri lanka really badly. they've already found the bodies of two people my family knows. one of the bodies was of this girl who went to school here, and had gone back to sri lanka to volunteer at a cancer hospital, and the other body was her mother's, who had gone to sri lanka to visit her daughter for ( Read more... )
