Another thing I finally got around to.
maeincarnate found an undeveloped roll of film a couple months ago and it turned out to be a bunch of pictures I took after the Pentagon was hit. We had misplaced a bunch of rolls of film to be developed and it looked like her apartment ate them, but hooray! for finding. Teh Summer Blockbusters.
I finally got around to watching Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull last night. It lacked that certain pop of the other three but it was "okay" considering Harrison Ford is 90 and they cast Shia LaBeouf as Indy, Jr. It seemed to meander a bit here and there and was just missing that old magical Indy zazz. Hancock, or: How We Learned to Stop Worrying and Throw Away Money
I just read a scathing review, Man of Bent Steel, for Hancock in The Washington Post. This was one of the summer popcorn movies I was really looking forward to.
My review would have been a lot shorter and I wouldn't bother seeing the movie.
