Someone told me that I should "live" instead of indulging in movies and video games. It is a striking thought that time is actually wasted on aimless recreation such as video games. The speed of the summer season rises year after year. It feels like the spring semester just ended and now back to the fall grindstone. The first week of school has passed and I can already feel the heat of the workload. The next 18-20 weeks are going to be amazingly busy. And how many good looking films are going to be released within that time period? I can't wait to see how this one goes. Stay gold everyone.

I caught an advance screening of this movie last night, and it was spectacular! It's about an orphaned boy who can believes he will find his parents if he follows the music that he "hears" in his head. He is extremely musically talented and plays his way to New York. The movie really gets your heart.

Okay everyone. What would be a good topic for a persuasive speech? I have to persuade my audience to take action. And I mean action that can be taken immediately, not a long term thing. So what do you think? My first idea was to persuade them to vote against immigration legislation.
