I've spent basically the whole day in tears.

I love going to therapy. It's clearly helping. I'm doing pretty awesome and I'm demanding that it stays this way.

everything is going pretty swimmingly. I can't complain too much. I'm so pumped to be this happy. I finally feel like I actually deserve it.

I had an "ah ha" moment today and it was one of the greatest feelings I have ever had.

it's been 15 days. that's the longest i've gone since the summer. It's been the longest 15 days i've ever experienced.

cannot wait for tomorrow and the next two weeks. Some very much needed time off will do wonders for me.

I'm watching Celebrity Rehab. Mackenzie Philips has to put her dog to sleep and I'm bawling. People talk about being raped and all kinds of horrendous shit on this show, and I cry about the dog. Really????

I cannot stand half of the people that I hang out with on a daily basis. Some serious thinkage needs to occur.
