Moving to San Diego!

Jamie and I will be moving to San Diego this summer. I took a job with Applied Operations Research in Solana Beach, and am really excited about it!

Fantastic! We are currently down in the UTC area by UCSD but we are starting the house buying process and our primary area of searching is in Encinitas, so who knows where we will be come summer.

Great! My dream is to be able to walk / bike to work, so Solana Beach is my goal. We will see what happens though. Good luck with the house hunting.

Actually, while I have your attention, when should I go out to look for places if I plan to move mid-July? Do things fill up or is waiting better? This town is just the college, so things work very differently than the "real world".

I looked for work in the Bay area pretty hard, and my field just has nothing up there. Someday...
