Hell yeah, Colin!! That is awesome! I told you, it is so much better just eating healthy and working out than Atkins and all those other "diets". Hopefully you can stick to it on the weeks when you only drop one or two pounds -- that's the real challenge. Keep updating your journal about your weightloss journey... it helps you keep on track and you can look back to see how you did it should you ever "fall off the wagon".
