Perhaps I'm being dramatic, but it feels as though everything is falling apart. All the things I was excited and optimistic about are turning out all wrong, and I just feel like I'm LOSING IT. Monday evening was going well enough. It was the first day in awhile that I hadn't abandoned my healthy eating, and I had even made it to the toning class at the gym. It's been a stressful week, although exciting and ripe with interesting learning experiences. I've had to go into the office every morning at 8 or 8:30 to attend my training classes.
