i haven't done a tut in awhile but, i've been asked so i didn't see the harm in it and
this one is pretty easy considering my usual graphics as of late (banners and such) have many
more layers.

you can download plugin's for elements like selective coloring and such, i wouldn't know where right now though.
you could also download a copy of pscs3 to try out ^_^
