Getting a little fucked up before work, while fun, only makes a job seem worse by comparison. Therefore, morning shifts are the best, while night shifts officially suck because they ruin your whole day, as opposed to just the hours you actually work ( Read more... )

What's Midtown?
I have a serious grudge with retailers that hire a ton of part-time employees for back to school and then give everyone so few hours. Kate's work does it too, and I move that ye both quit retail henceforth.
Books are good. I need to find the motivation to keep reading.

I completely agree and don't understand why they do it. Limited Too said they had girls working four hours a week, every week. Why spend your time for less than $20?!
Midtown is the tobacco shop you went to.
Books are not work. That should be motivation enough.
