to go or no to go...
So tomorrow evening my boss has planned an "admin" get together for dinner.
This is not a mandatory work function. This is the first off site non work event for the she has planned for the admin team since we opened back in October 2007.
So these are my thoughts..
why is she doing this?

I AM FRUSTRATED ...
So I haven’t posted a REAL entry in a while.
Explain to me why I should go above and beyond at work anymore. Why should I care about giving 100% at work. Why don’t I just go into work and give 50%. Why should I care about my team, my co workers, and my performance.
( And work is the reason why... endless work vent.... )
