Does anybody even read this?

So, we've been here for a couple weeks now. Jasper is settling in nicely. Today we got a bunch of hand me downs for Jasper. Turns out that an old friend of my moms has a son in town here and he has twins a year older than Jasper. So, we got toys, clothes, an extra carseat, a high chair. It was great! Cheryl made it, safe and sound and a day early, and Jasper is overjoyed at the space available to him now.

Cheryl seems happier, and I'm mostly packed; we're giving up the apartment in the hopes that we can save some money.

I've been packing all weekend, and there's still another couple of truckloads to go, but we'll be out before the 1st of

Life with Jasper around has been very, very hectic. Trying to get our lives adjusted to a schedule is a real joke. Most of the time we are able to do a pretty good job of it, but there is always one or two days thrown in there where we screw the day to bits and pieces without even trying. Jasper was walking across the apartment this morning and tripped into his toy bucket. He wound up with a mouthful of blood. He bled all over my pajamas and cried for about 45 seconds. He now appears to be just fine. He is running around playing and eating banannas and drinking milk. He's even giving kisses.
