Red Snapper?

I've always had trouble identifying red snapper. Faced with a plate of mixed sushi every other fish tastes distinct and more or less like it has always tasted. Salmon tastes like salmon, halibut tastes like halibut, white fish, yellow tail, mackerel, all taste like they should. LAME. but doesn't toshi goes to the fish market himself? these restaurants ORDER them from a company.

Yeah, that's what makes it confusing, sometimes eating the real thing and sometimes eating one of three replacements.

Ahhh. I don't really order much snapper, I find they always use a lot of ponzu on it. Maybe this is why!
