[I felt the bonds I have with the members once again when they followed up]
The tour this time came in at the same time as the 24hr Tv drama recording so there were quite a few times where I was the only one absent from concert rehearsals. When that happened, the members would follow up with me and I heard around me that they would make sure to make up for the parts where I would be absent. Once again I felt thankful for them; I felt our bonds once more. Without having to say anything, we naturally help each other out when times get rough. Of course I’m the same, whenever something happens and I follow up with the members, I can feel my feelings stir up inside. I know this is coming from me, but, JUMP is a great group, yes (laughs)
I might sound like a cheeky kouhai by saying this but, Ohno-kun, whom I co-starred with for a drama, him and I get along really well and the times we spent together felt perfect. To an extent, he’s a great senpai that can create an extremely comforting atmosphere. I now understand why Chinen has loved Ohno-kun all these years! I’m truly happy I was able to come across this drama role and create a bond like this one.
Bonds in the term of love…it’s complicate isn’t it? Basically though, I’m the type that wants to chase after someone instead of being chased. So for example, even if I get dumped I might not think something like “There was no bonds between us”. I might just go and attack again. I mean, after all, you can’t easily give up on someone that you fell in love with at one point, right?!
By the way, the kind of girls that attract me are the ones that can smile a lot. I smile naturally around people that can enjoy each and every moment without forgetting their feelings of fun. When I see them, I can’t help but think of them as great. Another detail that attracts me is a girl that can boldly keep herself cool and steady, no matter what happens that tries to make her fall. It’d be amazing if I could have a bond with someone like that but there’s no way I’d find that all together (laughs)
For my private life, I met up with the manager of the musical instrument shop where I bought my saxophone a long time ago. Just like those days, this incredibly great person completely washed out my heart (laughs)
