Unemployment is dangerous.  Very, very dangerous.  I just spent an hour or so cruising my old journal entries and I was flooded with feelings of nostalgia.  I also had a lot of "WTF?" moments.  Sometimes I'm not sure about the person I used to be.  It's crazy to see how much I changed in a few short years.  I can't even identify some of the people ( Read more... )

So yesterday was graduation day for all (most) of my wonderful friends.  I am happy for all of them and sad that some of them will be leaving me to their jobs, or to mooch off the parents for a while...the usual.  I packed a little today and moved my furniture out of my apartment -- a huge undertaking considering I'm a wee bit hungover.  Last night ( Read more... )

uhhh of course when  I say "throw away" I mean recycle.  And by dumpster I meant I'd woven all my trash into an elaborate quilt to use as a roof for my new home.

I have an overwhelming urge to throw 90% of my stuff away.  I just want to gut my room of everything in it.  Pack up my books (like I'd ever part with my books!), my computer, my cell phone,...put everything else in a dumpster and LEAVE.
