I hate when I get the feeling that I'm getting depressed, but if I don't talk to anybody about it because I'm worried that they'll be concerned, and at the same time not want to talk to me much. Have you ever heard of Hammacher Schlemmer? I just read this catalog cover-to-cover for the first time in my life, and it kept me glued! Once you look through it, you'd really wish you had all the money in the world. So many of the items seem perpetually pleasurable and unmistakably cool, cute, and sometimes just plain hot. I said it. Precipitation is beautiful... it makes me smile and become relaxed. It's so mysterious, and I don't understand why it affects me that it does.
Isn't it that you use the word "affect" when something causes a difference in something else... and that difference is the "effect"? Agh! I can't get that out of my head today...

My Day
Have you ever felt like a loser, but at the same time relieved? I just got my license today (or yesterday, depending on how you follow your days, I suppose), and that's pretty close to exactly what I'm feeling...

Recently, I've had a couple dreams (that I can remember) which are a little violent or very frightening.
