Oh, wow. I did not realize it was happening so soon. Have you found a new place to live or are you selling contingent on finding one?

We can't buy another house unless we sell ours, so we have to put ours up for sale first and then just hope the timing works out. And it's taken us four months now to get our house ready (of course, that includes me working full time, Derrick watching Max almost full time, and me being sick for the whole month of January). So it doesn't feel "soon" to me! I had originally hoped to be in a new house by now. (No veggie garden for Larisa this year, unless I start things in pots and hope we move before the plants get too big.)

I'm hoping we won't have to compromise too much, both on the selling price of our house and what we end up buying for the next one.
