Hey Som!

I know that feeling of not being able to sleep...its even more annoying when your boyfriend is snoring away next to you.
Avoid any caffeine or tea..cause it doesn't help and read something really boring like economical txt books so get you reeeallly bored and next thing you know, you wil drift off.

I've *shockhorror* stopped drinking tea and coffee since I couldn't sleep, but it doesn't work. And what's worse is that I tried the whole reading boring economic text books, and I read halfway through my Macroeconomics textbook and started to find it interesting. *shockshockshock* So I'm stuck. So any reading recommendations would be nice.

um...reading reccomendations would include:
Victorians poetry or romanticism poetry books. soooooooo boring!
avoid spending time playing computer games or anything too...at least soon b4 bed.

and lastly get on msn!
