I got a letter for a hearing in the mail to show why they should continue with the paternity case. Funny, how Viriginia swears she hasn't tried to stop it, why else would they send me this letter?

I haven't even been given the opportunity to have one yet. Since I signed the birth certificate, I admitted paternity. So I had to file a petition with the courts to have one admitted into evidence. I have to wait for my hearing, in the meanwhile, my ex filed a motion to stop the case. So now it is all in limbo.

grrr! I just wish I knew what the hell her problem was...Another thing that pisses me off is that she is living off my child support. AGAIN. It is her only source of income other than the welfare she gets. Oh and I forgot Ray pays child support on her other kid too...$74/mo lol. I pay damn near that a week. GRRR!!!!
