Well, camren is back in the hospital. We almost lost him. I woke up friday morning (the 8th) and he was lethargic. He wouldn't cry, eat, or move or anything. So I took him to freeman. 4 docotrs and 3 nurses all took care of him. The boss doctor came back to me and said that they had to life flight him here to cox south in Springfield. I haven't updated in awile but we have been going crazy trying to get our house renovated and fixed up for when camren comes home. I just got off the phone with Suzie and they started his feeds at 1.5mL continuously. They also took him off of the nasal cannula. He hasn't had a brady or a desat in 2 days!!! Well today the I.V. came out and so did his PIC line. He weighed 2 lbs 9.5 oz. and is still 14.5 inches long. He is still on 21% oxygen. But they are going to up his feeds to the max for his age tomorrow. Once he reaches 3 lbs. I will be able to start breast feeding him. and at 3.5 to 4 lbs he will be moved to an open crib and then he can ( Read more... )

I was 7 months pregnant when I delivered my son. It was an emergency C-Section. He has been in the NICU in Joplin. When he was born, he was 2 lbs. 6.1 oz. 14 inches long. That is so true. Adam, Michael, and Jeromey have left the best ones but Dillon left different ones. He made me feel whole or like I was on top of the world. Now he is gone.
