I've been having this strange warm sensation in my right foot that comes and goes seemingly at random. It makes me think that I've peed my pants and the steamy wetness has dripped down into my shoe. Can anyone, without trying to be witty, give me an explanation for this

i know overdosing on zinc is possible, like overdosing on anything is. i was just wondering if it was a real threat, or if i'd have to take more than i would ever want to in order for it to harm me.
