Why are emotions and feelings so confusing and uncontrollable sometimes?

Shooooot. Life is good. God satisfies. I just had an awesome day. I got to spend time with people I love to be around and I saw one of my favorite bands live. Yeah, that's right. DEATHCAB FOR CUTIE.
