I wanted to draw a non-smiling, angry Kaede. This is okay, and the extreme perspective was fun, but I might try a version with greater/more raw emotion sometime (this is more of a cold anger).

I don't like Ichigo. In fact, he is probably one of my least favorite Bleach characters. Maybe it's because of his ever-increasing Gary Stu/Mary Sue status (he trains for a few days and is suddenly more powerful than captains who have trained for hundreds of years). Not exactly dynamic, but it's a chibi Komamura!

I hadn't drawn Zaraki Kenpachi yet, so I sketched a couple roughs of him. I hope to eventually draw something cool with this crazy captain.

First there was Setsuna/Konoka. Negi/Nodoka? Asuna/Ayaka?? Sayo/Kazumi?? Chizuru/Kotarou??

Kaede and Yue?? ...Maybe it was because of the physical contrast and one amazing panel of Kaede in a chinese dress carrying Yue with petals floating in the background.

I was sitting around today, waiting for an interview. I was given a paper I'm told I'm supposed to keep. It's only natural that I decorated it.

So I was sketching along, and I couldn't recall which finger Soi Fong wears Suzumebachi on. I first thought the middle finger, but I thought...nah, the author wouldn't do that.
